Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 4-5 working days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
* No Shipping Charges on Domestic Orders.
* Delivery typically occurs within 4-7 days after processing.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping
* Production Time will be the same for international orders.
* Transit Time will take 10-15 days via Aramex Courier. Additional charges may apply depending on the customs and tax duties of the destination country.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the postal system. After that period, you can track your order, or contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided a wrong address, please contact us immediately at imamsheik999@gmail.com or +919390861116. In the case of a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment due to an incorrect address, the to-and-fro shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Package

As per the carrier's policy, proof of delivery can be provided within 3 days for products showing as delivered.
Damages
All our pieces are handmade to order, making each one unique. We accept returns/exchanges only for faulty items and do not accept returns due to a change of mind, as all sales are final once placed on the site.
In the unlikely event your item arrives broken or faulty, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to imamsheik999@gmail.com or calling +919390861116, along with a video of unboxing the shipment. Without the unboxing video, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
To claim a replacement in case of damage:
* The unboxing video must be clear, capturing the entire unboxing process without pauses or transitions.
* The video should not be in fast-forward or time-lapse mode.
* As indicated on the package, the item is fragile. Handle carefully while unboxing to avoid invalidating your claim for a replacement.
Our team will review the video for quality assurance, and the final decision will rest solely with us.

Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. This is because we start the design/production process immediately. We are not responsible for cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed/placed.
